Our Approach

At AgeWatch, we focus on providing person-centred care to empower our clients, families, and community to live their best lives. Our trained caregivers follow established care delivery standards and enable clients with changing care needs to effortlessly transition to different care programmes. We are committed to providing care as close to home as possible and providing our seniors with the resources they need to age gracefully.

 

To accommodate a broad spectrum of needs, we offer:

  • Home Care Services
  • Adult Day Care Programmes
  • Continuous Care in our Residential Centre.

As part of the intake process, we develop a customized care plan for your loved one and match them with a uniquely qualified caregiver. That way, your loved one gets the care they deserve.

Our Model

AgeWatch is a nonprofit, social enterprise, and merges both the innovative potential of entrepreneurship with the social goals of providing graceful aging to the elderly. AgeWatch pursues a path of financial sustainability by charging for its services. However, subsidies, grants, and donations are sought for advocacy, infrastructure development, and to avail services to the destitute elderly in the community. 

 

AgeWatch believes in staging our growth based on market demands and will focus on its quality of services as it learns through iterative, pilot projects at the community level. This approach envisages consistent, sustainable growth and will position AgeWatch into the current market.
