Richard has over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, covering audit, risk management, policy formulation, and governance. He has worked across various sectors in Kenya, including energy, agriculture, manufacturing, engineering, construction, and banking. As an entrepreneur, he leads AgeWatch Africa, delivering long-term care and support for graceful ageing. Under his leadership, AgeWatch Africa has partnered with global stakeholders like HelpAge International and CommonAge. Richard is the current Chairman of CommonAge Kenya Chapter.
