  • In March 2016 we established Agewatch Kisumu Centre at Ojola village of Kisumu West Sub-County.
  • In late 2016 we established a partnership with Ms. De Zorgboog, a Dutch organization that works with the elderly in Netherlands.
  • In early 2017 we received a consignment of assorted medical equipment from De Zorgboog for use by Agewatch clients in Kenya.
  • In September 2017, a Dutch Team from Making Africa Work (MAW), a Dutch programme set up by two Dutch organizations (PUM and AIM) to support African entrepreneurs, visited Agewatch. The objective of the visit was to carry out due diligence on the Agewatch project.
  • In October 2017, the first Agewatch business plan was developed and rated 80% fit for investors by a jury set up by MAW in Netherlands. Agewatch was ranked third out of ten participants from Africa.
  • In March 2018 we held the first outreach session for the elderly at Agewatch Kisumu Centre in Ojola village. The elderly invitees engaged in socializing and Agewatch awareness discussions with the Agewatch Team.
